The apartment is centrally located In a beautiful area surrounded by orange groves just 20 minutes from the city of Murcia, 15 minutes from the vast beaches of the Mar Menor, a 45-minute drive from Alicante Airport and 15 minutes from San Javier Airport.
The apartment is located in a residential urbanisation with various communal swimming pools, gardens, a tennis court and a fitness centre. There are also several playgrounds for children and there are nice landscaped walking paths to walk and relax.
A few minutes’ drive away is the centre of La Tercia which has a supermarket, bakery, a few cafes and restaurants.
Our spacious apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people and is located on the 3nd floor with lift. From the spacious terrace there is a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. We have the apartment attractively furnished with high quality design furniture for optimal ease of stay. You will quickly feel at home there. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning hot/cold and a central vacuum system.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
In the cozy living room with its open plan kitchen there is a dining area with dining table and 6 chairs and a seating area with comfortable sofa (sofa bed), 2 armchairs, coffee tables and a flat-screen TV.. The TV is connected to a satellite dish so that you can receive many international channels. From the living room you have access to the terrace.
KITCHEN
Large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is also a coffee maker and kettle, sufficient crockery and cutlery and cookware. Access to the outdoor utility area where a washing machine a clotheshorse, an iron and an ironing board are available for your use.

Spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with lamps, desk, Smart TV with connection to internet and built-in wardrobe. En suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub and hairdryer.
GUEST BEDROOM
Bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table, desk and built-in wardrobe. Separate bathroom with shower. From this bedroom you can even see the sea!

Murcia, located 20 minutes’ drive from the apartment, is a gem in the south-east of Spain. This city on the river Segura is the capital of the region of the same name and has now more than 400,000 inhabitants. Murcia has a rich culture and history which is clearly visible in the old town with many striking buildings such as the cathedral of Santa Maria, Theatre Romea and the casino and the beautiful squares of Plaza Hernández Amores and Plaza Julián Romea. You can also visit one of the many impressive museums such as Museo Salzillo, Museo de la Catedral and Museo de la Ciudad de Murcia.
Murcia also offers an excellent gastronomy. Try typical local dishes and stay until late in the evening having a drink on the many terraces.
The real shop lover can shop to his/her heart’s content. Murcia offers a wide range of shopping, from small classy boutiques to the large department stores like for example El Corte Ingles.
A visit to this city is definitely worth it. Experience the real Spain!
The surroundings of the apartment are perfect for walking, cycling and mountain biking. Make it a sporting holiday and choose from the many wonderful trips to for example the Sierra Espuña, a regional natural park which is characterised by woods, ravines, streams and natural resources and the Gebas Barrancos, a spectacular desert landscape with ravines of sand. The immediate surroundings of the apartment is relatively flat so it is excellent for relaxing cycling.
In only a 15 minute drive you reach the Mar Menor. This is the largest inland sea in Europe which is separated by the Mediterranean by a strip of land called La Manga del Mar Menor. Come here to relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches of Los Alcazares amongst others and San Javier and really enjoy fresh fish in a chiringuito or restaurant on the boulevard. The Mar Menor also offers many water sporting possibilities.
Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes there are, for the golf lovers, numerous beautifully landscaped golf courses such as Roda Golf, Peraleja Golf Campoamor and Las Colinas Golf. Because of the ideal climate you can, throughout the year, play wonderful golf.
Next to Murcia and located within driving distance of the apartment there are various other beautiful cities to visit such as Cartagena, Elche and Alicante. Towns where you can really enjoy the culture and history, gastronomy and shopping. In addition to a large range of shops in the various cities within a half hour’s drive there are also several large shopping malls such as La Zenia, Dos Mares, Nueva Condo Mina and Espacio Mediterráneo.
